Time Series Analysis on Corporate Governance

Defined features to include in the model to discern the effect of the corporations' exposure to the nonprofit sector.

Insight:

  • Corporate board connections to nonprofit organizations are negatively associated with corporate deviance (earnings restatements) when held by the CEO.
